If I am going to describe how I am feeling today, the first line in the song of Meredith Brooks "BITCH" is a perfect description.

I was not sure what time today I started feeling disappointed, disgusted, grouchy and bitchy. But I am certain what is causing such intense, unpleasant emotions. Sorry I can't tell, I want to.. dying to share it to the world, but I just can't.

I am also thinking that I might be experiencing a hormonal imbalance aggravating these intense, unpleasant emotions - leading to a repugnant behavior.

I am not sure though what to do to make myself feel "better". As what I have told my friend, even if I see something different with the situation or even if I see some changes, I would not feel better...

... I don't know what can make me feel better
....that's sad
