I mentioned to my friend that I am searching for ways to lose weight easily. Her initial reaction was - she laughed at me. And she said that there is no such thing as "an easy way to lose weight". She said that I really have to work on it. And it would take time and patience. I tried to sell to her the idea of taking diet pills or fat burners like fenphedra and apidexin. But knowing my friend as a health buff, my idea would not be included in her "things to consider" list. And as expected, she gave me a lecture on other "considerable" ways to lose weight. One thing she mentioned that somehow had an impact on me is spending a day at the spa. Sounds relaxing. Oh well, my idea about losing weight the fast way is just not my friend's thing. Unlike my other girl friend, who even accompanied me during the days when I was looking for a cheap yet effective pills for losing weight. Each person really has their own preference. Me? I'm still undecided. What else is new about that, hehehe...
