I would like to consider myself fortunate for being able to learn how to drive. My parents enrolled me to a driving school. I was clever enough to learn how to drive; but still I am having some hard time with the steering wheel. My sense of motion is not that sensitive enough to feel the movement of the vehicle especially when I am turning right, hehehe... Anyway, I passed the driving school. But my luck did not continue up to the point where I can drive our vehicle on my own. My Dad won't let me. I guess I have to buy my own vehicle to be able to practice and enhance my driving skills.
Part of the driving lessons is to learn about the different road signs. I am not sure if driving schools also teach the different parts of the vehicle. Well, from the driving school I was enrolled at, they never did. And so, when my Dad speaks about the wind deflectors of our vehicle, you can see the puzzled look in my face. He was actually asking if I can spare some money because apparently he needs to have this thing replaced. My Dad noticed the puzzled look on my face. As I understand his explanation, the "thing" is the covering installed on top of the vehicle doors; it keeps the wind and the rain from dripping on the doors' windows. Anyway, I just told my Dad that I don't have money to give (big grin); and that he have to wait until payday.
