Well, I will try to share a couple of tricks I know about losing belly fat. But please don't get the impression that I don't have belly fat or I have a small belly. Truth is, even though I know tricks about how to lose belly fat, I am still asking this question to myself and to others that are body or figure conscious (big grin).
One thing that I (sometimes) do is to stand for a few minutes after having a sumptuous meal, hehehe... I don't exactly the scientific explanation behind it but I noticed that somehow it has an effect on my belly. I am assuming that standing for a few minutes after eating would help and would allow your digestive system to do its job well.
Another thing I (sometimes) do is to drink water after eating and not while eating. There are some people that would drink water in between bites. My colleague told me that drinking water after having a meal and not during the meal would help your digestive system function well.
There you go. It is up to you if you want to try these ways to lose belly fat. Anyway, if they did not work for you, there are other ways and means (with credible scientific explanations, hehehe...) that you can always try; and there are also diet pills and fat burner pills that you can take, especially if you want to lose fat fast. They are made to work that way.

Losing belly fat is not easy, I know first hand as I have been there. It's a fact that to lose weight and get rid of belly fat you have to burn more calories than you take in. Your caloric expenditure must be more than your caloric intake. There are some great programs out there that give a ton of advice showing you the proper nutrition thats needed, as well as the best exercises you can do in order to lose belly fat fast.
