Medicines, Vitamins and Supplements

A couple of weeks ago, I have been sick with cough and colds. I tried drinking a few tablets of over-the-counter medicines but I ended up feeling more sick and unable to breathe properly because my nose got clogged. I am really sick. I also tried drinking lots, as in LOTS, of water; I bought fruits rich in vitamin C and ate them the whole day, hoping that somehow I would feel better. I bought juice drinks like orange and pineapple, hoping that it would help increase Vitamin C inside my body to help me fight this cold virus. Unfortunately, these efforts did not help me cure my sickness. Then I thought about my plan of buying weight loss supplements to help me lose weight. Maybe I won't be needing it now, hehehe... since I am sick, and I would probably lose weight because of my cough and colds (big grin). Anyway, I decided to buy multivitamins instead. I bought 10 tablets of multivitamins. As soon as I got home, I immediately take one tablet. After a couple of days, I feel good already. My nose are cleared already, hehehe... And I am not coughing anymore. I guess my immune system is really getting weak. This is actually the first time I took multivitamins; I can't remember the last time I took vitamins (big grin). Gee whiz, I think I am really getting old - memory lost and weak immune system are signs of old age. But still, I want to grow old slim and sexy; I really need to decide on the weigh loss supplement that I am buying.
