13th Month

Christmas is just around the corner (big grin); you can see it in the malls and feel it in the air (sigh). And during Christmas Season, one of the things that every employee (in the Philippines) is waiting for is the 13th month pay (big grin). Well... can't (and won't) deny, I'm one of the many, hehehe...

Many Filipinos allocates their 13th month pay for the Christmas Celebration. It'll be used to buy gifts for their loved ones, buy food for the Noche Buena, and spend it for family trips. Well me, I have a different reason why I can't wait for our 13th month pay. We need the money to continue with the renovation of our ceiling in our living room. My Father was not able to anticipate that we also need to replace a few electrical wirings and connections in our living room. We need to purchase a list of electrical supplies which was provided by the Carpenter my Father hired. Actually, my Father is "borrowing" my 13th month pay, hehehe... well, that was he told me. He will borrow my money so he can complete this little project inside the house before the Holidays. Hopefully, he'll keep his promise that he is going to pay me back (big grin).
