Cooking, Baking and Catering

Cooking. Its a shame to admit that I don't know how to cook (big grin). Though I know how to cook Tuna Pesto Pasta, I still feel like a beginner in cooking. I want to learn how, but the yearning for learning how to cook is not that strong inside me, that's why I think I never made an effort to learn (big grin).

Baking. I want to learn how to bake. This is something I really wanted to do; unfortunately, the high costs of learning how to bake and the things you use in baking somehow kept me from doing so. But this item still remains in my bucket list.

Catering. This is something that my dear friend Beth wants to do when she retires (big grin). She knows how to cook and to bake. She loves cooking and baking. And since I always wanted to have my own business, we thought that maybe we can put up a catering business when she retires... hmmm... we are going to be like successful partners providing catering services. We can call our catering company as Beth's Catering, just like Syracuse catering. Or Reyapot Catering (sounds odd, hehehe... ) I think I like Beth Catering better (big grin).
