Aircon Problems at The Office

The last couple of weeks at the office were all about air conditioning concerns. In our Quezon City office, we worked closely with our Technical team and Contractors for the installation of a new precision aircon unit. It was not that easy coordinating with four contractors; you have to make sure that each of them understands the scope of the installation works. Each of them has a specific participation in the activity. Fortunately, the installation was completed as planned. There was no down time for us because they were able to complete on schedule. As soon as we have completed the aircon concern in our Quezon City office, we received a report from our Makati office that a couple of the supplementary aircons are experiencing problems. My colleague reported that there might be a problem with the air filter of the units. It was a good thing that we have a scheduled maintenance service on that day; we were able to request the contractor to check the problem with the units as well. There were some parts that they recommend to replace; and just this afternoon, my colleague reported that repairs were already completed. Hopefully, next week, no more aircon concerns (big grin).
