Depressed

I was looking at my photos in my computer today. And I can't help but feel a little depress after seeing my big, fat self in the photos (very sad face). I am definitely fat than before. I definitely gained a LOT of weight (crying out loud).

Depression level at this point : 90%

This afternoon, hoping that somehow I would feel better, I went to my other part time job. Then I bought a couple of new shirts and a pair of black socks. Apparently, shopping did not help in making me feel good. It only proved the cause of my depression - my shirt size is now XL - as in Extra Large (crying my heart out).

I used to be a Medium (still crying).

Depression level at this point : 101%

I know I have been planning to enroll myself to aerobics class and take supplements to help me lose weight. I have been researching for the right means and ways to do. But because of my schedule (alright, I admit, my lack of discipline and self control are also the reasons), I was not able to do what I have to do about my ever gaining weight. Sigh.

I am also afraid of taking supplements and diet pills. I have read articles and visited sites that speaks about diet pills side effects. There are reviews available on the net. They are certainly helpful. The information that they provide would somehow give you an idea which one to choose. But still I am afraid to try. I have some problems with my tummy that I need to consider. It is definitely hard for me to take the risk.

Geez, this means I really need to do it the natural way. Sigh. This is going to be hard. (Sad face).

Depression level at this point : Way Beyond Depression Meter - in other words - immeasurable

Oh dear pick yourself up. Just try to walk atleast 30 minutes a day.

@ peachkins: nawawalan na ata ako ng pag asa..lalo pag nadadalaw ako sa blog mo sis.. ang daming posts about dishes na must-try hehehe...

@ mommawannabe: thanks sis.. i walk naman going to work, and climb the stairs ng MRT.. kaso its not enough as compared to the amount of food i eat hehehe.. pero sabi nga ni peachkins.. kaya namin itoh! :-)
