Travel - NOT!

I took the bus going home tonight; and during the ride I can't help but think about the "supposed trip" to Ilocos last week with my high school friends. We were not able to proceed with the plan because something came up with me - WORK (straight face).

Suddenly I thought, maybe I am not meant to travel out of town unless it is work-related (sad is it not?) (geez..)

Yes, I was able to go to Bataan a couple of weeks ago to attend an old colleagues wedding. We were able to manage to have a side-trip to Mt. Samat even. And yes, I was able to go to Clark and Subic last week; but that is because there are office tasks that need to be done.

I am starting to feel.. sad and irritated with the thought that I am not meant to travel for mere leisure. Sigh.
