Diet.. Diet at Work

I finally have a list of the measures I need to take to help me lose weight. One of the items in my list is to enroll myself to boxing class. I was supposed to do that a couple of weeks ago; but because I had some "emergency" financial matter to attend to I had to postponed it to this weekend. Another item is to continue with my jogging session with my colleague. We used to jog at the park near our work place; but because we're both busy lately, we had no time to exercise anymore (sad). This time I will really try hard to make time for these physical activities I have planned to do. I have also decided on what supplements to take to help me lose weight. Right now I am taking fat burner supplements. I have seen reviews about various kinds of diet pills that work; and I was actually impressed by how these diet pills work. However, what I really need is something to help me burn all those excess weight and not something that would keep me from eating, hehe.. I love to eat (wink, wink). But in case this fat burner supplements I am taking now doesn't work for me, I am definitely going to stop taking them and shift to diet pills instead.
