Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!

I really need to exercise.. and soon! While I was getting ready this afternoon for my appointment with my favorite hangout place whenever I feel like relaxing - the spa; I noticed that my pants does not fit my thighs anymore (sad) (mad) (disgusted). Would you believe that? The pants that I was talking about used to be a known as one of my big pants. It used to be big for me; and so I don't wear it. But now! Oh no! It looks like its a skinny jeans now (sad face).

Anyway, at the spa today, I was able to take a peak of the exercise equipment available at the gym; which is just beside the spa center. I am really thinking of enrolling myself to the gym. I really need to have a regular physical activity - I mean really physical, as in exercise. I am tempted to sign up after seeing all those state of the art exercise equipment and tools. There are bicycles, thread mills, pull up bars, dip bars, various kinds of weights equipment and other various gym equipment. Some looks complicated to use, some are threatening (big grin), while some looks "promising". Now I am still having second thoughts whether I should go to the gym or just discipline myself from not eating too much (big grin), and just go around jogging my excess weight off. Sigh. This is really hard. It involves two important thing that I have to consider before making my final decision - one is schedule (we will be busy at the office in the coming months); and the other one is budget (big grin). I need to find a nice, sure-result and a not-so-expensive exercise/workout.
